What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated according to your shipping zip code and will appear in your cart when you checkout. All orders will be shipped via USPS ( United States Postal Service)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship within 1 to 2 business days in the U.S. only via the USPS ( United States Postal Service).

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not ship Internationally.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the US Postal Service website.

You will get a confirmation email with tracking number.  Login to MY ACCOUNT and enter your tracking number in the TRACK MY ORDER section of the MY ACCOUNT page.

To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

How Can I Return a Product?

Your order with Image Essentials, is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order simply return it within 60 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Please follow these simple instructions below:

  1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
  2. Contact us at 615-452-8493 to notify us of the return.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice  in the package and mail via USPS or UPS. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You will need to fill out the information on the MY ACCOUNT page. Your shipping and billing information will be on file for future transactions. We do not store your credit card information for security reasons. Hit SAVE CHANGES, and proceed to checkout.
